Conceptual work I made for a pitch game called Mudlark. The pitch for this game was done with a group of NYU game design students for the Intermediate Game Design class.
Game pitch:
“Mudlark is a platforming puzzle game set in a dilapidated town built up from the water on stilts. As the tides of the ocean rise and fall, the player discovers quiet evils surrounding the town and must find out what happened to their disappeared companion.”

Prototype cards for a tabletop game. The game originally was a light, humorous pirate game, however for the constraints of this project, I decided to redesign the cards to follow a more satirical, adult tone. This assignment was completed at New York University for the Introduction to Visual Communications Game Design Major course.

10 second Motion Graphic Short based on this prompt: “The Universe does not need to conform to human ambition”.
For this project, I first made mock scenes in Photoshop to “thumbnail” how I wanted the scenes to interact in After Effects. After that, I altered the original Photoshop scenes and translated them into After Effects.

Art for the tabletop game Hell Hole Rat Race. A racing gambling game, Hell Hole Rat Race is a game where you play as bored demons of Hell betting on the souls of the dammed to win the most. Made with two other students at New York University, the artistic goals for this game was to encompass this “office” type tone while still maintaining a slightly grotesque element to the overall mood of the designs.

Tarot card designs for an immersive, DND tabletop game. The game was a role-playing game designed around a tarot card deck. The goal of the card designs was to help the player gain a visual landscape of where their characters were traveling and to establish a unified world with unique symbols. This game was completed at New York University for the Introduction to Game Design Major course.

Card designs were created for a classmate’s game. A heavily technical, currency-based tabletop game, the visual identity I was commissioned to develop involved mecha, industrial, and fantasy-tech themes. This project was completed at New York University for the Introduction to Game Design Major course.
